Prayer Four
Published on: April 12, 2019

Yes, Lord Jesus, Father’s true Son, my faithful savior, I am burdened and heavy-laden. I am tired. I come to you for rest. Open my eyes that I might see. Pull the thread of my wrong-headedness. Pull it until the whole family rug is undone. Pull it until my guilt unravels into the Father’s forgiveness. Pull it until my god vanishes and there is only the Father’s face. Teach me to see through the lie. Set me free to embrace your knowledge of the Father’s heart. Jump with me into my abyss and show me our Father’s arms.
