Full refunds for requests made 30+ days before the event and 50% refunds for requests 15-29 days prior, processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds for requests made less than 15 days before the event, except for documented emergencies. Ticket transfers are allowed up to 7 days before the event but are final and non-refundable. In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, attendees will receive a full refund or transfer.
